The Last of Us is one of the most popular games on PS3 now that it has come to PS4 and PS5. Everyone loves playing this game because of its exciting storyline and intense shooting.
However, the upcoming remastered version of The Last of Us is said to be out on the PlayStation 4 this month. People are wondering if it’s worth $70 or if it will be another disappointment like last year’s Shenmue 3 announcement from SEGA.
The Last of Us Remake is a game that has been in the works for some time. It was first announced at E3 2018, revealing that it would be coming to PS4.
However, many were skeptical about whether or not the game would ever come to fruition. After all, the original game was released in 2013 and wasn’t exactly a blockbuster.
So, how much does The Last of Us Remake cost?
Well, depending on where you live and where you get your games, it could cost anywhere between $30 and $70. But, of course, it all depends on what console you’re using and what retailer you buy it from.
Is The Last of Us Remake worth the asking price?
The answer, to be honest, is a bit of both. The Last of Us isn’t necessarily worth your hard-earned dollars to buy this week because it doesn’t offer anything new or exciting. This is something we’ve expected these days, though, as many older games have been remade with a more modern graphics engine and many new gameplay mechanics.
This time, Naughty Dog (the creators behind the first game) has managed to ignore this trend and give us something unique again. So is it worth $70? That’s up for you to decide!
Words By Creator
The Last of Us is one of the most popular games. It was a critical and commercial success, winning numerous awards and selling over 6 million copies. However, there’s no denying that it’s been a while since we’ve received news on the game.
In an interview with IGN, Naughty Dog co-founder Evan Wells was asked if they were working on a new installment in the franchise. Wells replied: “I don’t think we’re doing anything in particular right now but I think every now and then somebody will say, ‘What are you working on?’ And I’ll say ‘Nothing.'”
Wells added that “we have ideas” before confirming that he would not be able to clarify those ideas at this time. While this does not confirm that we will see a new entry into the franchise anytime soon, it does mean that we should not completely write off any future entries just yet!’
Final Words
After reading several reviews or after analyzing the creator’s words, it can be said that we should not hope for a high price for the remake version of the last US game! No doubt every gamer loved the game but putting prices so high won’t work for them either!
