Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japanese video game, amusement and anime holding company created in 2009 by the merger of Koei and Tecmo. The holding company itself, as well as its subsidiaries and divisions, were known as Tecmo Koei until the names were reversed to Koei Tecmo in 2014 without any change to the logo.
