Actor in Obsession
Curry Barker's follow-up to the breakout horror hit Obsession arrives in theaters on May 7, 2027. Anything But Ghosts reunites Barker with Focus Features and Blumhouse-Atomic Monster for a horror-comedy set in the same universe. The film stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Aaron Paul, and Violet McGraw alongside Barker and Cooper Tomlinson as con artist ghost hunters who encounter the real thing.
Director Curry Barker, riding the success of Obsession, confirms he's in no hurry to produce Obsession 2, opting for a careful approach to the sequel. With Obsession surpassing $286.49 million globally on a $750,000 budget, Barker prioritizes quality over haste. Meanwhile, he's set to helm a new The Texas Chainsaw Massacre chapter, aiming to bring a fresh, frightening experience to a new generation.
