There are four different quest series included in the Unleash the Force Star Wars event in Fortnite. To claim the free rewards tied to these missions, you’ll have to check off tasks in at least a few different series, as there are not enough quests in any one category to just stick to one. Here’s a full breakdown of all quests you can tackle in the Unleash the Force event. Not all tasks are available yet, as additional missions will become available all throughout May to keep the celebration going, so as they do, we’ll add them here.
Star Wars: Islands quests
The first series of quests in the event is the Star Wars: Islands quests. For this specific task, players need to earn XP in Star Wars creator-made islands not made by Epic. You can earn 80,000 XP by playing on Star Wars-themed maps that aren’t made by Epic Games. This task encourages exploration and engagement with the community’s creative content.
By focusing on these maps, players not only gain valuable XP but also experience the imaginative designs that other players have crafted. This feature adds a layer of community interaction, as players can discover unique game modes and challenges created by fellow Fortnite enthusiasts.
Star Wars: Galactic Siege quests
The next quest series is the Star Wars: Galactic Siege quests. In this game mode, players must claim three Capture Points for their team. To finish this mission successfully, you must be the one to claim the point; points captured by other teammates won’t count. This mechanic emphasizes individual contribution and strategic gameplay, as players need to coordinate with their team while also ensuring their own success.
Successfully claiming Capture Points not only helps in completing the quest but also enhances the overall team performance in the game mode. This adds a competitive edge, as players will need to be vigilant and quick to secure these points before others can.
Star Wars: Escape Vader quests
In the Escape Vader game mode, players are tasked with delivering 12 Power Cells. This quest requires you to locate and deliver these Power Cells, which you will encounter naturally as you progress through each round. It’s important to note that both Power Cells found by you and your teammates count towards your goal.
This collaborative aspect of the quest fosters teamwork, as players must work together to locate and transport the Power Cells efficiently. It encourages communication and coordination, which are essential skills in the fast-paced environment of Fortnite.
Star Wars: Droid Tycoon quests
The final series of quests is the Star Wars: Droid Tycoon quests. Here, players need to use the Rebirth Station to Rebirth one time. To access this station, you must build up your Tycoon significantly, focusing on progressing through all basic features until you can unlock it. As long as you concentrate on building it up, you’ll naturally unlock this station as you play.
This quest highlights the importance of resource management and strategic planning within the game, as players must invest time into developing their Tycoon to access the Rebirth Station. This mechanic adds depth to the gameplay, requiring players to think ahead and plan their actions accordingly.
All Fortnite Unleash the Force rewards
There are five unique Star Wars-themed rewards you can earn by progressing through the Unleash the Force quests. To claim them all, you’ll need to check off 15 different quests. These rewards not only add to your collection but also enhance your gameplay experience with unique items that celebrate the Star Wars theme.
If you want to take a break from tackling Star Wars-themed missions, there’s plenty to get done in regular Battle Royale. Some quests worth focusing on include finding Chaos Cubes in or around Elites Outpost or Treechopped Timbermill, riding on a player’s shoulders to gather intel on their movements, and finding The Foundation’s lost helmet and cape.
