New Features and Gameplay Mechanics
In Splatoon Raiders, players embark on treasure hunting adventures across the Spirhalite Islands while battling Salmonids, the aggressive sea creatures familiar to fans of Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3's Salmon Run modes. Players assume the role of a mechanic working for the Deep Cut trio, which includes popular characters Frye, Shiver, and Big Man.
The new gameplay mechanics focus on building and crafting. Players will create a wide variety of gadgets, including turrets and melee weapons, while customizing their mechanic character. Crafting and personalization will play significant roles, allowing players to equip tanks, weapons, gadgets, and relics that grant special powers. Additionally, players will gather materials to construct unique machines.
Amiibo Launch
On the same day as the game's release, Nintendo will also launch new amiibo figures for Frye, Shiver, and Big Man, enhancing the overall experience for fans. The amiibo figures are designed specifically for Splatoon Raiders, building on the previous releases from Splatoon 3.
