How to Get All New Ships in Soulmask Shifting Sands
The Shifting Sands update has added several new ships to Soulmask, enhancing your ability to explore its expansive landscapes. Each ship serves a unique purpose and requires different in-game achievements to unlock.
Initially, your ship options will be quite limited. As you progress through the DLC content, you’ll earn upgrades and unlock new vessels that can adapt to various terrains and eventually take to the skies.
Tribe Boat
The Tribe boat represents your first step into maritime exploration. These fully-built boats can be found scattered across the map and are capable of traversing both water and land. Although they lack flying capabilities, they are ideal for beginners. You can possess a maximum of three Tribe boats, each featuring an in-built inventory for added convenience. They appear randomly, so keep exploring the different areas to discover them.
Wooden Sky Boat
As you advance, you’ll encounter the Wooden Sky boat, your first customizable ship. Unlock this vessel by completing introductory quests or reaching the Bronze Age—both straightforward tasks. The Wooden Sky boat is larger than the Tribe boat, with a substantial base inventory and the option to install foundations. You can also upgrade to a faster engine and even add a Bonfire, which amusingly doesn’t pose a fire hazard.
Falcon
The Falcon ship becomes accessible once you reach the Iron Age. To craft this medium-sized vessel, visit the Knowledge and Technology tab and unlock the Premium Shipbuilding Technique. While the Falcon is slower in water, it shines in the air, offering quicker aerial mobility. Upgrading its engine increases its speed, and its larger hull provides ample storage space, making it a valuable asset during your adventures.
Shark
Prepare for some serious firepower with the Shark, a massive ship equipped with powerful cannons for taking down foes. To unlock the Shark, progress to the Steel Age and obtain the Advanced Shipbuilding Technique. This ship will be part of a future update, but its unlocking process will remain constant. Expect the Shark to be significantly larger than the Falcon and equipped with an impressive offensive arsenal for combat.
