This popular RPG game from HoYoverse has been constantly introducing new characters, but some old characters are still waiting to return to the banner.
The waitlist for four-star characters also includes other characters such as Sayu, Fischl, and Diona, who have waited for nine and eight patches respectively. At the same time, characters like Charlotte, Kuki Shinobu, and Sucrose have also not made their return to the banner for quite some time.
