A Whopping Twenty Titles to Choose From September 19 marked a monumental day for PlayStation enthusiasts, particularly those with PS Plus Premium and Extra subscriptions. A total of 20 games were added to the lineup, available for both PS4 and PS5 consoles. While 16 of these games are accessible via the PS Plus Extra subscription, the remaining four are exclusive to PS Plus Premium members. Interestingly, these aren't the customary PS1 or PS2 additions but are PS4 remasters or re-releases, enhancing the gaming experience for subscribers. September 2023's PS Plus Games For those who haven't yet claimed the free games for September 2023, there's good news. Both the PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can still avail of titles like Saints Row, Black Desert: Traveler Edition, and Generation Zero. While these games might not be chart-toppers, Saints Row, in particular, has seen a resurgence in its player base. Despite a controversial launch and the subsequent closure of the game studio, PS Plus seems to have given the game a new lease on life. A Deep Dive into the Game Additions The PS Plus Extra games introduced this month include an eclectic mix of titles catering to a wide range of gaming tastes: 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim - A visual narrative game intertwined with real-time strategy. PAW Patrol The Movie: Adventure City Calls - Based on the popular kids' show. Planet Coaster: Console Edition - The thrill of coaster park simulation. Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 - Tactical shooter experience. Star Ocean games: Integrity and Faithlessness, The Divine Force - Dive into epic RPG tales. Tails Noir - An animal-centric detective narrative. This War of Mine: Final Cut - The struggles of war survivors. Unpacking - A meditative game about unpacking items. West of Dead - Twin-stick shooter in the wild west. On the PS Plus Premium side, additions include Dragon's Crown Pro and three more Star Ocean games, making a total of five Star Ocean games available on PS Plus.
