Warner Bros. Sets Game of Thrones: Aegon's Conquest for June 2029 With Owen Harris Directing

Warner Bros. has locked in a June 9, 2029 theatrical release for Game of Thrones: Aegon's Conquest, the first feature film to emerge from the HBO franchise. Owen Harris, who directed episodes of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and three acclaimed Black Mirror installments, will helm the adaptation of George R.R. Martin's Fire & Blood with a screenplay by Beau Willimon.
