How to Find Mystic Carrion's Body Parts Defeating Mystic Carrion necessitates the location and destruction of jars containing his body parts. Jar of Mystic Carrion's Heart Already discussed earlier, this jar can be acquired by either killing Thrumbo or convincing him to side with you. Jar of Mystic Carrion's Lungs These can be found in the Baldur's Gate graveyard, northwest of Basilisk Gate. To obtain them, locate a trapdoor at coordinates X: 31, Y: 21.
