Copenhagen Cowboy, Nicolas Winding Refn's 2023 Netflix series, embodies the director's experimental style, blending surreal encounters, paranormal elements, and a dream-like atmosphere. Following enigmatic Miu, a "lucky coin" with vague psychic powers, the series prioritizes mood over plot, offering a spellbinding, albeit overlooked, viewing experience. For fans of Refn's self-indulgent works, Copenhagen Cowboy is a mesmerizing, neon-drenched neo-noir.
