Final Fantasy XIV: Evercold Delayed Four Weeks to February 23, 2027 — New Story Trailer Reveals Realmships, Bastion and Zephyr Jobs

Square Enix has pushed the Final Fantasy XIV: Evercold expansion launch from January to February 23, 2027, announcing the four-week delay alongside a six-minute cinematic trailer at Japan Fan Fest. The trailer introduces massive city-sized airships called Realmships, two new job classes — the gunshield-wielding Bastion tank and crossbow-toting Zephyr DPS with a bird companion — and confirms a Neon Evangelion crossover event arriving in 2027.
