Other Mommy Review: Jessica Chastain's Dual Performance Can't Save This Generic Horror

Jessica Chastain delivers a committed dual performance as a mother and her demonic doppelganger in Rob Savage's Other Mommy, but the film wastes its viral-worthy premise on a generic script and inconsistent horror execution. Despite a standout child performance from Arabella Olivia Clark, the 90-minute runtime drags as the movie borrows heavily from It, Smile, and The Conjuring without establishing its own identity.
