Talladega Nights Sequel Plot Revealed by Director Adam McKay

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby nearly had a sequel taking Ricky Bobby to Europe to join an F1 team, where he'd face challenges on and off the track. Director Adam McKay shared the abandoned plot, citing exhaustion and later creative breakup with Will Ferrell as reasons for its cancellation. The original film returns to theaters on June 28.
